ShadeLab wecolmes post-doctoral scholar Josh Herr! Josh got his PhD at Penn State working on fungal-plant interactions, and from there moved to MSU to delve into questions in microbial ecology that can be addressed using metagenomic tools. Josh will be working in the Shade Lab to understand the role of rare microbial taxa for community structure and function.
