ShadeLab rocks SciFest 2016

The ShadeLab was out in full force this weekend, volunteering with Michigan State's Science Festival and sharing their microbial love of fermentation. The team presented an interactive table top exhibit that featured examples of tasty fermented foods, like sour dough bread, kombucha, and ginger beer.
Thanks to Taylor, John, Jackson, Keara and Sang-Hoon for helping out, and a big thank you to Siobhan for organizing all!
