Jackson speaks at Noble Foundation

Grad student Jackson Sorensen had the wonderful opportunity to speak at the Samuel Roberts Noble Foundation Metagenomics Workshop. The workshop was held Sept 29-30 2016. TerraGenome generously sponsored Jackson's travel to OK - thank you to TerraGenome!

Jackson gave a presentation about our recent Centralia study, with an emphasis on the steps and statistical methods used to analyze the dataset. His talk was entitled "Ecological statistics to understand soil microbial community responses to disturbance." All of our analysis workflows are available for this study - feedback welcome!
