EDAMAME is here!

This week, ShadeLab is hosting the 5th year of our Explorations in Data Analysis for Metagenomic Advances in Microbial Ecology (EDAMAME) workshop at Kellogg Biological Station.

We are thankful to our partners in crime from the Adina Howe lab at Iowa State and also to our past and present funders: the National Institutes of Health, the USDA, the BEACON Center for the Study of Evolution in Action, and Amazon Web Services.

Taylor is the course coordinator again this year, and Jackson and Taylor are both TA-ing. Fina and Keara are attending, and Ashley is leading instruction with Adina Howe. Can't wait to meet the new students and celebrate our fifth year!
